When do I pay the balance of my rent and security deposit?
When we check you in we will ask you to pay the balance of your rent and a security deposit - property owners generally only accept US Dollars. Please bring the exact amount of cash with you to the check-in, as the maximum you may withdraw from a local ATM is USD$300.00 (or less, depending on your card and banking system). We do not carry change. If you cannot pay in full, you cannot sign a contract for the agreed period. In the event this happens we may be able to arrange a shorter contract which you can then renew – however, this will cost you an additional $50.00 administration fee - so please bring the exact dollars and cents. If you fail to check-in, you will lose your rental deposit and fees paid in advance and their may be a cancellation charge subject to our Luxury Apartment Terms and Conditions

How do I get into my apartment?
Our Concierge team will pick you up from the airport and check you into your apartment. You simply tell us when you will arrive and a member of our team will be at the airport to collect you, take you to the apartment and hand over your keys. If your check-in time is earlier than 09h00 or at 19h00 or later, or it is Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday you must make special arrangements in writing and late check in fees will apply.

Who checks us out?
You must check out at 10h00 AM on the day of departure. Generally, the property owner or our team will check you out and hand back your security deposit. Make sure that you arrange check-outs with us when booking your apartment and you should note that there might be a charge for check-outs later than 10h00 AM.

What if something goes wrong or I need some advice about my apartment?
Our Concierge will check you into your apartment; we provide contact details for both the property owner and our concierge team. The property owner and our concierge will assist you for the duration of your Luxury BA Stay.
