Recently, we took over the management of one of the most prestigious apartments in Buenos Aires City, the 14th floor apartment Edificio Kavanagh. An apartment that is available for both rental and sale.

We valued the property at USD $3,600,000. Our valuation is much lower than the original asking price widely published when selling was not Lord Alain’s main goal.
