Recently, we took over the management of one of the most prestigious apartments in Buenos Aires City, the 14th floor apartment Edificio Kavanagh. An apartment that is available for both rental and sale.

The “Luxury Lord”, Alain Levenfiche, asked us to both value and sell his Buenos Aires real estate whilst the market swings upwards and support our valuation by turning his properties into a ‘business’.

We valued the property at USD $4,500,000. Our valuation is lower than the original asking price widely published when selling was not Alain’s main goal.
In addition, we increased the rent substantially to USD $995 a night and started to build in value added services such as a concierge, personal assistant, business and security services 24/7, tours and domestic staff provided by Buenos Aires Experience.
Alain’s apartment presents both vacationers and business travelers with a real alternative to more expensive five star hotel suites that without a doubt cannot afford discerning clients the privacy and security achieved at the 14th floor apartment Edificio Kavanagh.

Alain felt confident that Mainline Security Estate Management’s approach to both property management and property marketing would help sell his unique investment properties in Argentina.
Since instructed, our team has not been idle, Buenos Aires most prestigious apartment is available for both rental and sale via many Argentine and international companies in the real estate sector and vertical markets such as travel, tours and corporate hospitality.
We are pleased to report that rental income from a standing start is averaging USD$15, 800 each month. However, it is early days and our target is USD $20,000 a month.
We expect rental income to increase as the international travel market improves and the promotion of the apartment, which includes press relations, direct B2B marketing, internet property marketing and advertising start to drive more and more traffic to our various websites and lateral businesses begin referring clients.
