Once you check into your apartment, Buenos Aires Stay strives to ensure that your stay in Buenos Aires is both comfortable and successful and we offer our support via our offices and concierge service.
However, it is important to note that Buenos Aires Stay cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties and we neither own nor manage apartments. If there is a dispute between a tenant and property owner the company is only able to act as an ‘honest-broker’ to fairly arbitrate - where the parties involved agree that our mediation and decision is final.
Buenos Aires Stay constitutes an internet gateway for you to contact property owners and rent property subject to out Rental Apartments Terms & Conditions. Please remember we are not the property owner, and we are not responsible for the owner’s management, upkeep, or repair of the apartments published on our websites. Clearly, we have a responsibility to those who rent property or buy services from our websites, but that liability is limited to acting fairly and impartially in mediation and supporting justifiable claims against those who fail to meet their service offers and/or the terms of a tenancy agreement. Complaint’s process:
1. Please direct all complaints in writing to directors@bastay.com;
2. We send you an acknowledgement that outlines this complaint procedure;
3. We write to all parties concerned in an open and transparent manner;
4. We attempt to resolve complaints by telephone within 24-hours;
5. If fast resolution is not possible, we mediate between the parties;
6. The outcome of the complaints process is communicated to all parties by email.

This police station headquarters receives any formal complaints from tourists in cases of offenses, thefts, petty steal, losses, whereabouts, and failed meetings. It also works with crime prevention.
